What if I filled in the ID number incorrectly?

Incorrect real-name information will prevent you from scanning your ID to enter, so be sure to verify carefully before ordering.
Can I enter with a passport / Hong Kong-Macau travel permit?
Yes. Valid ID documents include ID cards, passports, Hong Kong/Macau travel permits, etc. The booking information must match the entry document.
When does the ticket gate open?
The ticket gate opens about 40 minutes before the show. It is recommended to arrive 30-45 minutes early, and even earlier on holidays.

Complete payment through official channels such as WeChat Pay for secure funds.
What if I don't receive an SMS after payment?
After successful payment, the system automatically sends confirmation. If you don't receive it, please first check your phone's blocking settings. You can also view order details in the Order Center of the WeChat Mini Program "Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Tickets". If you still can't confirm, please call 0744-8230888。
What if payment gets stuck?
Do not submit repeatedly. Check your network first, then confirm the order status in the order center later; if payment was deducted but no ticket was issued, please call the customer service hotline 0744-8230888 handled.

What if the show is canceled due to weather?
If the show is canceled due to extreme weather such as heavy rain or lightning, a full refund or rescheduling will be arranged; please watch for scenic area notices and contact customer service.

Will the show be canceled if it rains?
Light rain does not affect the show; free raincoats are provided on site, so you don't need to bring your own. In case of extreme weather such as heavy rain or lightning, the show may be temporarily canceled, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be arranged.
What time does the show end?
The show lasts about 90 minutes and usually ends around 22:00. It is recommended to book your return ride in advance.
Do children need tickets?
Children under 1.2 m in height are free (no separate seat provided, must be accompanied by an adult); children taller than 1.2 m need to buy an adult ticket.
Are there shows in winter?
The show is suspended from about December to February of the following year; please refer to the scenic area's announcements for details.
Does the theater have parking?
Yes. The theater has parking; just search "Tianmen Mountain Grand Canyon Theater" in your navigation.
Can I take photos?
Please set your phone to silent during the show, and flash photography is prohibited to avoid affecting other audience members and the performance.
