- Children Children under 1.2 meters tall are free (no separate seat provided; must be accompanied by an adult). Children taller than 1.2 meters need an adult ticket.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing tickets
- Real-Name Ticketing — Every attendee must provide their real name and a valid ID number (ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit, etc.). Booking information must match the entry document.
- Scan ID for Entry — No paper ticket exchange needed. On the day of the show, present the original ID document used at booking and simply scan it at the ticket gate for entry.
- Refund & Change Policy — Refunds or changes are generally not supported within 24 hours before the show. Requests more than 24 hours in advance are handled case by case. The refund and change rules displayed on the booking page shall prevail.
- Weather Reminder — The show is an outdoor live landscape performance. Light rain does not affect the show, and free raincoats are provided on site; if severe weather such as heavy rain or lightning causes cancellation, a full refund or rescheduling will be arranged.
